The WordPress plugin competition

Yup, you read right – another WordPress Plugin competition has begun! Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place (rather than the old category-based system). I love these comeptitions because not only do they spice up my summer, but they trigger some amazing development. All plugins will be GPL licensed and available for download through the official WordPress Plugin Competition Blog.
I can’t wait to see what competitors come up with! Last year’s winners were outstanding, including:
